Jake Tapper was one of the many talking heads trying to whip up the Russia outrage machine against Trump.
Of course he was. Whatever it takes to change the channel from national conversations about Joe Biden being so mentally compromised that he couldn’t be charged for various obvious felonies enumerated in his documents case.
They played the Putin card. Again.
This time it was the story about Trump giving other world leaders a wake-up call about NATO.
If European Countries that face the direct threat from Russia aren’t willing to contribute the allotted amount to keep NATO properly funded, why should AMERICA prioritize it?
He told the story Tapper played in this clip — which may have gone down the way he described or may have been embellished with his usual Queens bravado.
These European ‘partners’ were sizing up whether or not this president would let America shoulder the load while other NATO countries spent their money on other priorities.
Trump called their bluff. He spoke to them in the same language an insurance agent would speak to a client.
If your policy is paid up and in force, you can expect the benefit. If you can’t be bothered to make the payments for protection you claim you need, don’t go looking for the insurance company to bail you out when things go sideways.
And just like that, sonofabitch, Europe started kicking in the money they have been failing to pay up for decades. That sudden influx of money from the various partners made NATO stronger and more formidable.
In other words, Trump helped NATO to become a GREATER deterrent to Russia. It’s the people who didn’t talk tough that let our ‘partners’ get away with robbing NATO of the money THEY owed.
If they’d been paying the agreed amounts the whole time, NATO may have been able to handle a good chunk of this Ukraine armament situation without America having to dig into our own stockpile to fork over hundreds of billions in additional aid.
But at least Jake has us talking about something other than how Biden is much too senile to be charged for his felonies… but still thinks he should be re-elected.
Nope. Wouldn’t want us talking about that.
Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.
Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.
This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
